A submission is a starting point.
Applications and homeowner recommendations enter a private review queue. They do not create a public profile, rating or verified badge. A recommendation reflects one person's experience, not a guarantee of future work.
Understand who did what.
Before considering a listing or project feature, the review should establish the business identity, actual service area, role on the project, work completed and date. Photos can support a story, but do not establish code compliance, insurance or workmanship quality on their own.
Ask for evidence and context.
Relevant evidence may include homeowner project photos, a business project page and redacted supporting records. Qualification and coverage claims need their own confirmation where applicable. Incomplete or unconfirmed claims must not be presented as verified.
Get permission before publication.
Submitted contact details and evidence are not published automatically. The team must follow up before using identifiable photos, a testimonial or a named project feature. We ask contributors to disclose business, family and paid relationships.
Marketing does not buy trust.
Contractor marketing is a separate service. A payment must not be presented as proof of quality or buy a homeowner recommendation. Any future sponsored placement should be clearly labelled.
Keep the record open to correction.
For a correction, concern or request to remove your submitted material, email build@buildreshaus.com. Property owners still need to confirm the contractor's suitability, current coverage and written scope for their own project.
